2022 The Hilt Estate Pinot Noir Rousanne Its aromas open significantly asJust beginning to show its true colors. This one is very special. Classic state nose of black fruit, red cherry and tobacco. Bigger and broader and more generous than previous vintages due to naturally low yields, a perfectly warm vintage and increased concentration from fifteen year old vines. Supple and soft. Nothing out of place in this wine. It highlights the diatom structure with fine grain grit and forgiving, but long lasting tannins. Almost
