2024, Edelzwicker Umbria and unfiltered rosé with realDomaine Kleinknecht is a family run winery in Mittelbergheim in Alsace that has been making wine for many generations, with documented production dating back to at least 1621. Andr and Isabelle Kleinknecht were at the helm from the 1990s, and together with their children Jules and Fanny they today work biodynamically on approximately 910 hectares of vineyards, with a focus on purity, terroir and natural fermentation.
