Distilled in January 1997 and matured for 22 years in a European oak sherry butt, this expression was selected for bottling by Whisky Maker Sarah Burgess. This Speyside single malt was bottled in August 2019 at a natural cask strength of 56. 7%, with an outturn of just 606 bottles.
