Bianco Ambrato Barbera Pure Solaris from Vejrhøj VingårThis white vermouth is made on the grape Trebbiano di Romagna and is infused with 37 aromatic herbs. It is slightly bitter and fresh. The notes are rose, chamomile, elderflower, gentian and mint, sweet orange and ginger, pink grapefruit, cardamom and quinine.
