GRAPES: Sangiovese 60%, Merlot 25%, Sagrantino 15%. VINIFICATION: Fermentation on the skins in steel tanks, maceration for approximately 2 3 weeks. REFINEMENT: in barrels barriques, steel tanks, at least 6 months in bottle. SERVING TEMPERATURE 16 18 C.
