It's built with a shorter 20" top tube making it ideal for smaller riders ready to take that step up to full sized 20" wheels. It all starts with Hi ten steel construction throughout the frame, fork and bars making the Altus incredibly strong and durable rounded off with a reliable 3 piece chromoly crankset. This beginner ride
